With more than 26 years experience across fashion design, technical product development, sourcing and manufacturing, Renay Wells works with brands navigating product development, supplier alignment and commercial growth.
Her experience spans Australia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, the Philippines, Turkey, Peru and the United States — working across supply chains from concept development and sampling through to bulk production and compliance auditing.
Having lived and worked in Shanghai within the global apparel manufacturing sector, Renay developed hands-on experience managing offshore production, technical communication, garment construction and supplier relationships across international markets.
Today, Fashion Brand Developer combines industry experience with strategic business insight, supporting brands through product development, technical direction, sourcing strategy and sustainable industry transition.”
